Our 2021 is crisp with cantaloupe, pear, and clover on the nose.  The palate has peach, honey, and almond, with a lime zest finish. Pinot Noir Blanc is a beautiful, unique wine that enchants with elegant flavors and aromas.  It can be served as an aperitif or paired with white meats, seafood, creamy dishes, and mushrooms.
