Winemaker's Tasting Notes:
The 2011 Bayliss-Bower Vineyard Pinot Noir is very aromatic with lots of red cherry, strawberry jam and hint of caramelized sugar, underlying lifted floral tones: almost a "perfume" Character followed by spicy quality of white pepper, lemon zest, nutmeg and seven spice. The palate follows iwth a bright red fruit and spicy tones that are soft and then lifted by bright acidity.
