Production Notes:
The Prospector's Reserve is a very limited blend of four barrels. They were selected by our winemaker because of the unique qualities that made them stand out above and beyond the rest of the barrel in the cellar. The 2010 Reserve is a blend of the four main clones from the oldest part of the vineyard. Equal part Pommard, Wadenswil, 777 and 114.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes:
The wine shows incredible intensity in the aromatics. Deep rich cassis, blackberry, cherry, anise, cocoa and exotic spices of the Mediterranean can all be found in the complexity of the nose. The mouth shows a fullness that entices you to ponder the layers.
