Returns and Cancellations
Wine is a delicate product. We do our best to ensure your wine arrives in excellent condition. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is corked. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked product.
Once we have received the wine returned, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment is flawed or corked, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 503-883-3064 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
